These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by House of Publication LLC. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order or using our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
House of Publication LLC. provides digital publishing and related services, including but not limited to content development, design, and technical implementation. All services are delivered remotely via online communication channels.
Upon order confirmation, the Client will be assigned a project team responsible for executing the requested services in accordance with the agreed brief and specifications.
2. Orders and Payment Terms
- All orders must be placed through our official communication channels.
- Full payment is required in advance before the commencement of any work.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
3. Delivery Policy
- Initial concepts or drafts will typically be delivered within 48–72 hours of order confirmation.
- All deliverables will be shared electronically via email or other agreed digital platforms.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and Client responsiveness.
The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
- Incomplete or delayed Client feedback
- Changes in project scope
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control
4. Revisions Policy
We offer unlimited revisions, subject to the following conditions:
- Revisions must be based on the original project brief.
- Each revision request will be processed within approximately 2 business days.
- Requests that significantly alter the original scope may be treated as a new project and may incur additional charges.
5. Refund Policy
We aim to ensure Client satisfaction; however, refunds are subject to the following terms:
5.1 Eligibility for Refund
A Client may request a refund if:
- The initial concepts provided do not reasonably align with the agreed project brief, and
- The Client has provided clear feedback and allowed reasonable opportunity for revisions.
5.2 Non-Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The Client fails to provide feedback or remains inactive for 60 days or more
- The Client approves or accepts deliverables
- The project is delayed due to Client-side issues
- Revisions have been substantially fulfilled
5.3 Review Process
All refund requests are subject to internal review. The Company reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances of each case.
5.4 Ownership Upon Refund
If a refund is issued:
- The Client forfeits all rights to use any materials, concepts, or deliverables provided by the Company
- All intellectual property remains with the Company
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All materials created by the Company remain its property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the Client.
- The Company reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellation and Termination
The Company reserves the right to cancel or terminate any order or agreement under the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms by the Client
- Inappropriate, abusive, or unlawful conduct
- Inability to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances
7.1 Refunds Upon Cancellation
- If cancellation occurs due to Client breach, no refund will be issued
- If cancellation occurs due to Company inability to deliver (not caused by Client), a full or partial refund may be provided
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Publication LLC. shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
- Delays or failures caused by factors beyond reasonable control
9. Communication and Support
We offer customer support through various channels, including email, live chat, and other digital platforms. While we strive to provide 24/7 support, response times may vary depending on workload and time zone differences.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the relationship between the Client and House of Publication LLC. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the State of Texas.
By using our services, you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
11. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and House of Publication LLC. and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
